Job summary

City Wide Facility Solutions in Central New Jersey seeks a dependable bilingual Spanish-English Evening Night Manager to oversee commercial cleaning and facility-service accounts. This hands-on supervisory role visits client sites, inspects work, and guides cleaning teams to meet quality standards.

The ideal candidate is fluent in Spanish and English, has prior supervisory experience, and is comfortable working evenings and traveling between sites.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish and English required.
• Previous supervisory or team-lead experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent in janitorial services industry.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel between client sites.

Responsibilities

• Visit client sites during evening hours to supervise and inspect work.
• Communicate instructions clearly in English and Spanish.
• Coordinate cleaning teams and independent contractors.
• Address attendance, call-out, supply, equipment, and service issues.
• Complete inspection reports and escalate urgent concerns to management.
• Build strong relationships with crews to maintain client satisfaction.
