City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a bilingual Night Manager for the Louisville region. This leadership role emphasizes communication with clients and Independent Contractors, hands-on field work, and problem solving, with a focus on delivering high-quality janitorial and facility services.

The role requires bilingual English/Spanish skills, a high school diploma or equivalent, and reliable transportation. The schedule runs Monday through Friday, 5pm to 1am, in a full-time capacity.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client and contractor relations.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work in the field across the Louisville area.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with Independent Contractors, in-house teams, and clients using bilingual communication to ensure clear expectations.
• Communicate client priorities and collaborate with contractors to resolve service issues.
• Conduct regular facility inspections and review scopes of work to meet quality standards.
• Provide coaching and support to contractors in the field to improve performance.
• Deliver nightly recap and communicate with the Facility Solutions Manager about client needs and issues.
