Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in property or community management (multifamily preferred).
• Knowledge of landlord-tenant laws, fair housing, and regulatory requirements.
• Valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of leasing, maintenance, compliance, and resident relations.
• Conduct routine property inspections and lead preventive maintenance planning.
• Prepare, manage, and execute operating budgets aligned with property performance goals.
