Job summary

World Finance seeks an Overstaff Financial Services Representative to support multiple branches, delivering excellent customer service and helping customers achieve financial goals. You will process loan applications, handle payments, and assist with closings while traveling between branches across the region.

As a flexible team player, you will balance cash, maintain relationships, and represent World Finance with integrity. Bilingual English/Spanish is required.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Experience processing loan applications and renewals.
• Ability to balance cash drawers and handle deposits.
• Willingness to travel daily to multiple branches.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite support to multiple branches as assigned.
• Guide customers toward credit options and responsible financial choices.
• Handle loan applications, documents, and renewals accurately.
• Process customer payments and balance cash drawer daily.
• Prepare and execute loan closings for current and renewal loans.
• Complete daily branch bank deposits and transport funds when needed.
• Maintain customer relationships and uphold company values in each location.
