Job summary

You will work closely with caregivers and community partners, conducting thorough assessments and providing direct MST treatment while coordinating care for youth aged 12–17.

The role requires bilingual English/Spanish capabilities, willingness to travel across the service area, and flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in clinical or counseling psychology, social work, or a related field.
• Professional licensure in LMSW, LPC-A, LMFT, LCSW, or LPC.
• Experience serving families in community-based programs.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Ability to work with families in their own homes.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong clinical skills.
• Ability to adapt and individualize interventions to utilize family strengths and skills.
• Skill in handling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
• Valid driver’s license; maintain current insurance and registration; and have a clear driving record.
• A clear result from a criminal background check.
• Must live within one-hour travel time from the designated service area.
• Clear drug screen results.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical treatment using the MST model and principles.
• Conduct a thorough assessment of the client and family to inform problem conceptualization.
• Engage primary caregiver, family members, supports, and community staff in change‑oriented treatment.
• Weekly case planning and evaluation with supervision and team support.
• Receive regular training, supervision, and consultation to acquire MST skills.
• Ensure clients have access to 24/7 support as needed.
