Job summary

EvidenceBasedAssociates is seeking compassionate MST therapists to empower youth and families using the Multisystemic Therapy model. You will provide direct clinical treatment in the youth's home, collaborating with families, schools, probation, and child welfare agencies.

Requirements include a Master’s degree in clinical or counseling psychology or related field, licensure eligibility (LMSW/LCSW/LPC-A/LMFT/LPC), and bilingual English/Spanish.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in clinical or counseling psychology, social work, or related field.
• Professional licensure in a related field (LMSW, LPC-A, LMFT, LCSW, LPC) required.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) and comfortable doing home-based therapy.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical treatment using the MST model and principles.
• Conduct a thorough assessment of client and family within ecological context.
• Engage caregivers, family, and community supports in treatment planning.
• Weekly case planning and progress evaluation with supervision.
• Ensure access to 24/7 crisis support as needed.
