Empower Community Care in Texas is hiring MST therapists for a full-time role requiring travel across Bexar County. You will work in families' homes with youth aged 12–17 to implement Multisystemic Therapy and foster lasting positive change.

You will receive MST training, participate in case planning, and collaborate with supervisors and teams. A Master's degree and an active clinical license are required, with at least 1 year of relevant experience; bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in clinical or counseling psychology, social work, or related field.
• Clinical license (LPC, LPC-A, LCSW, LMSW, LMFT, LMFT-A) and active license.
• At least 1 year of experience working directly with families and/or adolescents.
• Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish).
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable transportation.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct clinical treatment using the MST model and principles.
• Engage in weekly case planning and evaluation with supervision.
• Cover/assist teammates during vacations and time off to maintain coverage.
• Attend regular training, supervision, and consultations.
• Conduct thorough assessments of client and family within ecological context.
• Engage diverse client communities and build connections with families.
• Ensure 24/7 access to support when needed.
• Engage primary caregiver and community staff in treatment goals.
