Job summary

Empower Community Care is seeking a Community-Based Therapist in the United States to deliver Multisystemic Therapy (MST) for youths aged 12–17 and their families. You will work in-home and within the child’s natural ecology, applying strength-based strategies and collaborating with caregivers, school, probation, and community partners to promote lasting change.

The role requires a Master’s degree in a relevant field, licensure as LPC-Associate/LMSW or LMFT-Associate, and willingness to travel

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel to clients’ homes.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical treatment using the MST model with emphasis on strengths and positive behavior.
• Conduct thorough client and family assessments to inform problem conceptualization within the family’s ecological context.
• Engage primary caregivers, family members, supports, and community staff to support change-oriented treatment.
• Weekly case planning and evaluation with supervision and team support.
• Ensure access to 24/7 crisis support in collaboration with the team.
