Job summary

FloridaCommerce seeks an Employment Security Representative II-MSFW in Wauchula, FL to assess skill levels, develop employment plans, and provide group and individual career counseling. This full-time CS role requires bilingual Spanish/English and an MSFW background.

You will coordinate services with agencies and employers, maintain case records, and help connect workers to farmworker rights information. Location is on-site in Hardee County with relocation not available; posting closes

Qualifications

• Bi-lingual (Spanish/English) required (written and verbal).
• MSFW background preferred; duties performed at the official work site.
• Travel may be required to travel.

Responsibilities

• Comprehensive and specialized assessments of skill levels and service needs.
• Development of an individual employment plan with goals and services.
• Group and individual career counseling and planning.
• Provide services from the local office including referrals and training.
• Identify current employment opportunities and inform workers of their rights.
• Coordinate services with agencies and private employers for referrals.
• Maintain accurate case records and documentation; conduct follow-ups.
