Summary

The Processor position is responsible for the compilation of all documentation necessary to garner approval on conventional, government, and portfolio first mortgage loans.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Provide exceptional service during mortgage loan processing, ensuring survey results meet a 95.00% standard.
2. Manage a caseload of 25-35 loans across various types with minimal assistance.
3. Support the credit union's vision by cross-selling financial products to promote member growth & engagement.
4. Demonstrate behaviors aligned with the credit union’s values and leadership qualities.
5. Collaborate with other departments to optimize workflow and service quality.
6. Maintain honest and open communication internally and with clients.
7. Handle sensitive information confidentially.
8. Work extended hours during peak periods as needed.
9. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements
