Your Day-to-Day:

Guide clients through the mortgage process, offering personalized mortgage solutions that meet their financial needs. Ensure a stress-free, seamless experience from consultation to closing, providing the best mortgage products available.

Responsibilities:

• Consult with clients to assess financial needs and recommend mortgage products, including FHA, Conventional, Non-QM, and DSCR loans.
• Manage loan applications, ensuring all documents are accurate and submitted timely.
• Work with underwriters and processors to expedite approvals and closings.
• Maintain communication with clients, updating them on loan progress and addressing concerns.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of residential mortgage origination experience preferred.
• Current NMLS licensure required.
• Deep knowledge of mortgage products and industry regulations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
