Job summary

Lower is seeking a experienced Bilingual Loan Officer Assistant fluent in Spanish and English to help borrowers in home buying or refinancing. This hybrid role is based at the Phoenix, AZ office, supporting a licensed Loan Officer.

You will provide front-end support, guide clients through the mortgage process, and coordinate documentation and closings to ensure a smooth financing journey.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in the mortgage industry as Loan Officer Assistant, Loan Processor, or Loan Officer.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Strong communication skills across phone, in-person, and written channels.
• Working knowledge of Encompass preferred.

Responsibilities

• Front-end support for Loan Officer; discuss goals and qualifications with clients and coordinate next steps.
• Assist clients through closing by answering questions and providing customer service.
• Advise clients on documents needed to proceed.
• Prepare loans for the Loan Processor.
• Order appraisals and FHA Case numbers.
• Develop rapport and maintain relationships with clients.
