Qualifications

• Strong service-oriented mindset and excellent communication; fluent in Spanish.
• One to two years of residential mortgage experience preferred.
• One to two years of experience with construction/renovation loans.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and sales support to loan originators and production partners.
• Collect and distribute documents and information for processing and underwriting.
• Assist loan originators and production partners in managing the loan pipeline.
• Communicate with applicants regarding loan status and expectations.
• Other duties as assigned.
