Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish required.
• Ability to work a variety of shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls to resolve a variety of mobile service questions.
• Assist with activation, billing questions, rate and fee inquiries.
• Process orders and payments and update customer accounts.
• Provide best-in-class customer service and resolve subscriber challenges.
• Represent Spectrum voice and maintain customer relationships.
