Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in a high-traffic retail environment using digital tools and educate them on T-Mobile solutions.
• Identify customer needs and use solution-based selling to demonstrate value of products and services.
• Complete training on in-store experience, products, processes, and systems; stay Customer Ready at all times.
• Build relationships with customers and nearby store leadership to support the customer experience from setup to account servicing.
