Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual in Spanish.
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, Psychology, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of healthcare operations or patient access experience.
• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience with mental health.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling workflows and patient access management.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise Intake Coordinators, Scheduling Specialists, Access Coordinators, and other operational support staff.
• Oversee all patient intake and access workflows and respond promptly to referrals and inquiries.
• Monitor throughput metrics and optimize provider schedules and capacity utilization.
• Collaborate with Revenue Cycle and clinical leadership to improve access and billing throughput.
