Job summary

Lightheart Mental Health, a member of Transformations Care Network, seeks licensed therapists to deliver outpatient individual and family therapy in Seattle. You will build crisis and wellness plans, collaborate with a clinical team, and support clients through discharge planning.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or related field.
• Provisional license per state regulation if required.
• Educational background that leads to professional licensing.

Responsibilities

• Conduct culturally sensitive assessments for new clients and families.
• Provide outpatient individual and family therapy tailored to each client.
• Develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention and wellness plans.
• Participate in case consultations, agency meetings and discharge planning.
• Ensure timely billing, documentation and insurance authorization forms.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, and team therapists.
