American Airlines Credit Union is seeking a Bilingual Member Services Representative - Vacation Relief to support our JFK area branches. The role involves opening new accounts, processing deposits and loans, and providing Notary services as needed.

Ideal candidates will be fluent in English and Spanish, have cash handling or sales experience, and be able to travel up to 40% with occasional weekends. Join a team focused on service excellence and member relations.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish needed or preferred.
• Cash handling, sales or customer service experience within the last 12 months.
• Must be able to work in-person at assigned branch location.
• Ability to pass pre-hire checks will be required.

Responsibilities

• Open new accounts and sell/process Credit Union services for members.
• Post deposits and loan payments; handle various monetary transactions.
• Provide Notary services as required.
• Promote positive name recognition for the Credit Union.
• Travel to branch locations nationally to cover coverage needs.
