American Airlines Credit Union is hiring to build relationships with members and offer suitable financial products. You will handle new accounts, deposits, loan payments, and notary services while maintaining accurate records and providing excellent member service.

This in-person role emphasizes teamwork, cross-selling, and adherence to security regulations within a fast-paced branch environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to work in-person at assigned branch location.
• Cash handling, sales, or customer service experience within the last 12 months.
• Job level determined by skills and relevant consumer loan processing or underwriting experience.

Responsibilities

• Open new accounts and process Credit Union services for members.
• Post deposits and process loan payments.
• Process monetary transactions and maintain account information.
• Perform Notary Services as required.
• Cross-sell Credit Union products and services.
• Provide timely solutions to member inquiries and ensure branch coverage.
