Job summary

Vida Health is seeking a dedicated Bilingual Member Services Agent I to join our healthcare team. You will handle member inquiries with empathy, document interactions accurately, and support enrollment and app navigation for Spanish- and English-speaking members.

In this remote-first role, you will resolve issues, escalate when needed, and contribute to continuous service improvements while maintaining HIPAA compliance and high-quality customer experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education desirable.
• 2–3 years in customer service or call center, healthcare preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English; bilingual Spanish helpful.
• Proficient with CRM and ticketing systems.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, member-focused environment.
• Reliable remote connectivity (Wi‑Fi).

Responsibilities

• Outbound outreach to members via phone to explain Vida’s enrollment benefits.
• Handle inbound calls to assess needs and assist with program enrollment.
• Assist with app navigation and respond to general inquiries.
• Document interactions in the Member Services system maintaining confidentiality.
• Resolve member concerns and escalate complex issues timely.
• Follow HIPAA standards and company protocols.
• Support projects, training updates, and quality monitoring.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
• Create a welcoming, results-driven member service environment.
• Meet inbound/outbound KPIs and other duties as assigned.
