Job summary

Vida Health is seeking a dedicated Member Services Agent I for a remote-first role handling member inquiries with empathy and accuracy. You will assist with enrollment, app navigation and inquiries, while documenting interactions in our system and ensuring HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2-3 years in customer service/call center, preferably healthcare.
• Strong verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Outbound outreach to members to explain Vida program benefits.
• Take inbound calls to assess, enroll and answer service questions.
• Assist members with app navigation and status updates.
• Document all interactions in the Member Services system accurately and confidentially (HIPAA).
• Resolve concerns and escalate complex issues with timely follow-up.
• Support ongoing training, scripting improvements and quality monitoring.
