Job summary

Educators Credit Union in Milwaukee is seeking a friendly member services associate to provide an exceptional service experience to members while assisting them with financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals and loan payments. You will balance cash drawer, post transactions, educate and advise members on credit union products, and handle routine information requests.

Must be available to work Saturdays and 30+ hours per week; Educators Credit Union is proud to be an equal

Qualifications

• High school education or GED required.
• 1–12 months of similar or related experience.
• Written and verbal fluency in required languages.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional service experience to members while assisting them with their financial transactions.
• Follow core values (honesty, integrity, fairness, respect and excellence) in all actions with members and coworkers.
• Receive and process member financial transactions; balance cash drawer and daily transactions.
• Welcome members, educate and advise on credit union products and services; post transactions to member accounts.
• Direct members to appropriate departments for information and services; perform miscellaneous clerical tasks.
