Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of current financial institution experience as Teller or Member Service Rep OR 2 years of sales, retail, or customer service with cash handling responsibilities.
• Intermediate-level proficiency with computers and software applications, including Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel.
• Exceptional customer service skills; ability to offer solutions that meet members' needs.
• Flexibility to travel to other branches on occasion.

Responsibilities

• Process teller transactions and open/close accounts.
• Solve problems, update member information, and conduct loan application interviews.
• Process loan applications, fund loans, and present loan disclosures.
• Step into the teller line to process transactions and maintain a balanced cash drawer.
• Meet individual and team sales goals and stay updated on credit union products and services.
