Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of current financial institution experience as Teller or Member Service Representative OR two years of current sales, retail, or customer service experience with cash handling responsibilities.
• Intermediate-level proficiency with computers and software applications, including Microsoft Office.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Ability to offer solutions that meet our members' needs.
• Flexibility to travel to other branches on occasion.

Responsibilities

• Process teller transactions and open/close accounts.
• Solve problems and update member information.
• Conduct loan application interviews and process loan applications.
• Fund loans and present loan disclosures.
• Step into the teller line to process transactions accurately while balancing cash drawer.
• Meet individual and team sales goals and stay updated on credit union products and services.
