Redwood Credit Union is seeking a Full Time Member Relationship Specialist to deliver outstanding member service for new accounts and loan transactions. You will cross-sell RCUsG products, open accounts, and ensure accurate loan documentation while protecting member information.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of financial products and services including loans.
• Strong cash handling and cash balancing abilities.
• Ability to cross-sell products using a needs-based approach.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Able to work in a diverse team and rotating schedules.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent member service for new accounts and transactions.
• Cross-sell and refer Credit Union products and services.
• Open accounts, gather loan information, and complete loan documentation.
• Perform branch and teller transactions with accuracy and accountability.
• Contribute to branch success through teamwork and service excellence.
