Job summary

Redwood Credit Union is seeking a Full Time Senior Member Relationship Specialist to deliver exceptional member service and drive sales of credit union products. You will open accounts, assist with loan applications, and coordinate branch operations.

You will balance cash, oversee daily tasks, and guide staff in the absence of management. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of financial products, proven cross-selling skills, and experience leading teams in a branch setting.

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of financial institution products and services, including loans.
• Ability to cross-sell products and services using a needs-based approach.
• Experience leading and coaching branch staff or teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to Members, volunteers, employees and service providers.
• Cross-sell Redwood Credit Union products and services.
• Open accounts and match Member needs to products and services.
• Balance vaults and prepare cash shipments.
• Lead and train branch staff in absence of management.
