Oportun is seeking a Bilingual Spanish and English Member Loyalty Representative to deliver excellent member service in a fast-paced retail environment. The role focuses on outreach, education, and facilitating applications, with a strong emphasis on community engagement and sales support.

The position requires weekend availability, reliability, and the ability to work outdoors at various locations. Compensation is hourly, with benefits and growth opportunities included.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Outgoing, sales-focused, and enjoys speaking with people.
• Must love helping members including outreach and education activities.
• Available to work weekends with a rotating schedule.
• Regular, reliable attendance to support store operations.
• Willing to work outdoors year-round to identify new sales opportunities.
• Ability to lift/move up to 25 pounds.
• Basic computer skills and ability to operate office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome members with a warm greeting and provide quality member service.
• Seamlessly process transactions while following policies and protecting member information.
• Work independently or as part of a team to exceed daily lending and servicing goals.
• Engage in outreach at locations, partner sites, and community events to generate leads.
• Build relationships with local businesses and speak with owners about Oportun services.
• Assist with applications and guide members through the process.
• Maintain a welcoming store environment with light housekeeping.
