Oportun is seeking a Member Loyalty Representative in Houston to greet members, process transactions, and educate the community about our inclusive financial services. You will engage at stores and community events to help members build a better financial future.

You will conduct outreach with local businesses and community partners, support applications, and promote visits to our locations. This role requires adaptability, reliability, and a team-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Outgoing, sales-focused and people-oriented.
• Available to work weekends with a rotating schedule.
• Regular, reliable attendance and ability to travel locally.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and operate basic office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome members with a warm greeting and provide quality service.
• Process transactions accurately while protecting member information.
• Engage in outreach at stores and community events to educate about services.
• Build relationships with local businesses and community partners.
• Assist with applications and promote store visits through outreach activities.
• Support store operations, pacing, and daily housekeeping as needed.
