Job summary

Educational Systems FCU in Maryland seeks a Bilingual Member Experience Coordinator who is energetic, self-motivated, and customer-focused. The role combines teller duties with member services and cross-selling to meet members’ needs.

Fluent Spanish, excellent interpersonal skills, and flexibility to work extended hours, weekends, and at other branches are required. You will be the face of the credit union, delivering efficient, friendly service and building lasting member relationships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, associate degree preferred.
• Two years of customer service experience.
• Fluent reading and speaking Spanish.
• Banking/financial services experience is preferred.
• Ability to multitask and meet sales goals.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds and use a computer.

Responsibilities

• Provide information on Credit Union services and cross-sell products to meet member needs.
• Direct branch traffic to support efficient member service.
• Support Branch Manager in maintaining a member-focused culture in the branch.
• Offer exceptional member service and build strong member relationships.
• Flexibility to work extended hours, weekends, and at other branches.
