Job summary

Access to Healthcare Network (AHN) Reno is seeking a Member Billing Specialist to provide timely, accurate billing support to AHN members and staff. You will respond to billing inquiries, process payments, and prepare related accounting entries in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accurate membership records.

This role requires bilingual English/Spanish communication, strong customer service, and proficiency with Word, Excel, Salesforce, and accounting software.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bilingual English and Spanish required.
• At least one year of cash-handling experience preferred.
• At least one year of customer service experience required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce and Accounting Seed preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to billing inquiries and process payments.
• Prepare accounting entries and deposits.
• Research account discrepancies and follow up.
• Maintain accurate membership account records.
• Support AHN staff and assist with special projects.
• Provide excellent customer service to members and colleagues.
