Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking a Medicare Sales Field Agent to work in a remote, territory-based role across Wisconsin. You will build relationships, educate members on Medicare Advantage plans and additional offerings, and drive self-generated sales with support from a regional team.

Expect to meet through community events, in-home visits, and outreach activities while maintaining regulatory compliance and a strong customer-first approach. Travel to training is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Active Health Insurance License or ability to obtain.
• Must reside in the assigned territory.
• Comfortable with daily face-to-face interactions in members' homes and at community events.
• Valid US driver’s license and vehicle liability insurance meeting state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Educate individuals on Humana Medicare Advantage plans and additional offerings.
• Build trust and create in-person connections via community events and home visits.
• Drive self-generated sales and meet performance goals.
• Expand Humana's presence in the market by developing local relationships.
