Job summary

Humana Inc. in Illinois seeks a bilingual field-based outreach representative to educate and enroll members in Medicare Advantage and related plans. The role covers Lake and McHenry Counties and the Northern Chicago territory, with travel to members’ homes and community events.

The position requires English/Spanish fluency, an active health insurance license, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work in a dynamic, performance-driven environment. Remote work with travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish with full professional proficiency in speaking, reading and writing.
• Active Health Insurance License or ability to obtain one.
• Must reside in the assigned Lake/McHenry Counties and Northern Chicago territory.
• Comfortable with daily face-to-face interactions in members' homes and at events.
• Valid state driver’s license and personal vehicle liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver: educate individuals on Humana’s Medicare Advantage plans and other offerings.
• Differentiate: build trust via in-person connections at events and in-home visits.
• Grow: drive self-generated sales and meet performance goals in the assigned territory.
