Job summary

TrueCare is seeking a Medical Receptionist to be the first point of contact for patients and to ensure smooth clinic operations. You will manage the front desk, answer calls, schedule appointments, register patients, and collect payments with professionalism and compassion.

This temporary role ends in October, with potential extension. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, at least one year in a related role, basic computer skills, and bilingual English/Spanish proficiency; EHR

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 1 year of experience as a Medical Receptionist or in an administrative/clerical role.
• Basic computer proficiency is required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
• Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) is preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for patients and guide them through their visit with professionalism and compassion.

Your Role & Impact

The pay range for this role is $23.00 - $32.20 on an hourly basis. (depending on experience)
