PrimeCare Health, Inc. in Chicago, IL seeks a bilingual Medical Receptionist (Polish/English) to be the first point of contact for patients. You will handle check-in/out, EMR data entry, and appointment coordination while ensuring smooth patient flow.

Qualifikationen

• Two years medical office experience preferred.
• Experience with an EMR system and Microsoft Office.
• Bilingual in English and Polish required.
• Strong communication, customer service and interpersonal skills.
• 27 days of PTO each year, accrued per pay period.

Aufgaben

• Provides efficient, high-quality service to patients arriving for appointments or requesting information.
• Greets and accurately registers patients in the EMR, verifying essential information.
• Coordinates scheduling of patient appointments (phone and in-person).
• Answers multiple incoming lines and routes calls promptly.
• Schedules future appointments, laboratory tests, radiology procedures and other tests as needed.
• Attends to waiting patients and notifies them of delays.
• Identifies insurance type and verifies eligibility when needed.
• Maintains patient confidentiality at all times.
