Townsen Memorial Imaging - Med Center is seeking a Full-Time Bilingual Medical Receptionist to join our team. The role involves greeting patients, scheduling appointments, and supporting front desk operations while maintaining patient privacy and HIPAA compliance.

The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, be proficient with EMR systems and MS Office, and manage patient flow with accuracy and professionalism in a fast-paced clinic setting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• One year of experience in a medical office setting.
• BLS certification or obtainable within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and provide information.
• Schedule appointments and manage front desk flow.
• Assist patients with forms and document completion.
• Update patient information in EMR and maintain records.
• Collect patient charges and process payments.
• Answer calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate staff.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Prepare patient charts and ensure filing is organized.
• Notify providers of patient arrivals and changes.
• Support staff with administrative tasks as needed.
