Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• One year of experience in medical office setting.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or must be obtained within thirty (30) days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and provide information.
• Answer phones and direct inquiries to appropriate staff.
• Schedule and reschedule appointments; update calendars.
• Maintain patient records and demographics in EMR.
• Process patient charges and update financial information.
• Ensure reception area is clean and organized.
