Summary:

As a Bilingual Receptionist, you will serve as the face of our busy ophthalmic clinic. Your primary responsibilities will include greeting and checking in patients, managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance information, and providing general administrative support. Your ability to effectively communicate in both English and Spanish will be essential in providing excellent service to our diverse patient base.

This position is part-time to start, with the potential to become full-time based on performance and business needs.

Required Skills:

  • Bilingual proficiency in both English and Spanish, including the ability to read, write, speak, and understand both languages effectively.
