Texas Center for Urology in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a friendly Medical Receptionist to deliver welcoming front-desk service and support the clinical team.

The role requires bilingual Spanish, prior medical office or customer service experience, and strong multitasking with attention to detail. Typical hours are Monday–Thursday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM and Friday 8:00 AM–12:00 PM, with hourly pay between $17 and $19.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a medical receptionist or customer service role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Bilingual Spanish required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Promptly and professionally handle incoming calls, routing them as needed.
• Schedules new patient referrals.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure all documentation is properly filed
• Answer patient inquiries related to their visit, billing, or next steps
• Float to patient check-in and check-out area as needed.
