Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors and provide information.
• Schedule and manage appointments and remind patients.
• Update patient demographics and billing information in EMR.
• Maintain patient accounts and collect charges.
• Answer phones, transfer calls, and route inquiries to staff.
• Maintain an organized reception area and filing system.
• Protect patient privacy and HIPAA compliance.
• Support staff with administrative tasks as needed.
