Responsibilities
  1. Schedule and confirm patient appointments efficiently, optimizing clinic operations.
  2. Prepare, create, and handle patient paperwork proactively.
  3. Guide new patients through the intake process, collecting health information for a seamless experience.
  4. Serve as a liaison between patients and staff, providing friendly assistance via phone and in person.
  5. Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth patient flow and service delivery.
  6. Maintain patient confidentiality with discretion.

  8. Use computer skills to complete tasks with Microsoft Suite, Salesforce, ECW, and other software.

  • Tuesday: 12:30 PM - 7:00 PM

  • Thursday: 12:30 PM - 7:00 PM
  • Friday: 7:00 AM - 1:00 PM
