Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer 100–200 incoming calls per day and assist patients, vendors, insurers, and other facilities.
• Reschedule patient appointments and notify patients via phone or written communication.
• Route calls to the appropriate departments and ensure accurate registration and scheduling in the database.
