Responsibilities

• Maintain departmental deposit logs, prepare routine schedules and reports; use analytical skills for provider schedules.
• Ensure a positive customer service atmosphere in reception areas.
• Answer telephone in a pleasant and helpful manner.
• Coordinate patient movement and report problems or irregularities.
• Work with multi-line phones and office equipment.
• Operate computers, fax and copy machines as needed.
