Job summary

Family Health Services in Twin Falls, Idaho, is seeking a front desk receptionist to support clinic operations. You will answer phones, greet patients, and perform routine clerical tasks including data entry and chart maintenance. Bilingual English/Spanish is required to communicate with diverse patients.

Salary ranges from $16.50 to $18.25 per hour DOE. Eligible employees may receive a quarterly bonus up to $520. This role is typically full-time and office-based.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; Computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft programs required.
• 6 months experience in a medical or behavioral health clinic preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer telephones, route calls, take messages and provide general information.
• Greet and direct visitors and patients; answer routine inquiries.
• Process incoming mail and distribute materials to staff.
• Draft basic correspondence, enter data and print letters or reports.
• Maintain files, records and chart organization; file medical reports.
• Enter daily patient encounters in the computer system and update patient information.
• Provide translation/interpretation as needed (if applicable).
