The role requires a High School diploma or GED, bilingual English/Spanish preferred, strong communication and customer service skills, and the ability to manage a multi-line phone system in a fast-paced environment. Starting wage is $21.30 per hour.

Qualifications

• Fast-paced clinic environment with frequent patient interaction.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients, answer phones, and schedule appointments
• Register patients and accurately enter demographic information
• Collect patient payments and maintain accurate records
• Assist patients with forms, services, and referrals to community resources
• Support back-office staff to help address clinical quality measure gaps
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and patient waiting areas
