• Answers telephones, routes calls, takes messages, and provides general information; greet and direct visitors and patients; answer routine inquiries.
• Processes incoming mail; distributes correspondence to clinic staff.
• Performs routine clerical tasks such as drafting basic letters and entering data.
• Copies materials and prepares documents for transmission.
• Establishes and maintains files, records and documents.
• Maintains patient charts and filing system; updates patient information as needed.
• Receives payments and enters transactions in the billing system.
• Provides translation/interpretation as needed.
