• 1+ year of customer service experience — medical office experience preferred.

• Comfortable with Electronic Medical Records (EMR/EHR) systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient scheduling and keep clinic operations running smoothly.
• Answer phones, emails, and inquiries with accuracy.
• Maintain organized patient records and assist with insurance processes.
