• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Knowledge of medical office management systems and procedures.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with patients and external parties.
• Must be detail-oriented, highly organized and maintain confidentiality.
• Preferred: experience with C-Arm and as Medical Assistant or Phlebotomist.

Responsibilities

• Greet, room, and prepare patients for evaluations and procedures.
• Obtain and document patient histories and vital signs.
• Assist physicians during examinations and procedures.
• Prepare and clean rooms; stock instruments for use.
• Coordinate diagnostic tests and ensure results for physician review.
• Educate patients on post-procedure care and follow-up plans.
• Document encounters in EMR and manage prescriptions per physician.
• Assist with durable medical equipment and patient management tasks.
