You will assist physicians and nurses, schedule appointments, verify insurance, document patient histories and vitals, and ensure HIPAA compliance while providing compassionate patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of Medical Assistant or equivalent healthcare experience.
• Active and unrestricted CMA certification in California.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians and clinical staff with administrative and clinical duties.
• Schedule appointments, maintain medical records, verify insurance.
• Prepare treatment rooms, record medical history, and document vitals.
• Escort patients, interview medical history, and document in chart.
