Responsibilities

• Assist physicians, nurses, and staff with administrative and clinical duties under a provider's direction.
• Schedule appointments and maintain medical records.
• Prepare treatment rooms, record medical history, and sterilize equipment.
• Escort patients to exam rooms, interview patients, measure vitals, and document in the chart.
• Record medical history, vitals, and test results in patient files.
• Maintain accuracy and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Communicate effectively, prioritize workload, and adapt to extended hours if needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
