Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Medical Assistant in a clinical setting.
• Must be able to work out of multiple locations: Arcadia, Alhambra, West Covina.
• Bilingual in Mandarin and/or Cantonese, or Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians, nurses, and staff with administrative and clinical duties.
• Schedule appointments and maintain medical records.
• Prepare exam rooms, record patient history, and sterilize equipment.
• Escort patients to exam rooms and document vital signs in the chart.
• Interview patients to obtain medical history and update records.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
